Hello! I'm Verity.
I'm a strategic advisor and operator who helps early-stage businesses navigate the mess and magic of growth. I work closely with founders, often as a fractional Chief of Staff, advisor, or Chair to bring calm, structure and strategic clarity when things get complex. Whether it's building out governance, designing teams, or preparing for investment, I love helping ambitious startups find their rhythm.
Earlier in my career, I spent 17 years at Blenheim Chalcot, working across their portfolio including at Agilisys through year-on-year doubling of revenue, and as a founding team member at both Fospha and Salary Finance. Today, I advise early-stage teams, angel invest in impact-led, female-founded businesses, and serve as Chair of Zonova, a healthtech company addressing antimicrobial resistance.
