I’m a Chair, strategic advisor and investor working with founders at critical inflection points, when they are raising capital, building leadership teams, or navigating the shift from early traction to scalable growth.
I bring clarity, challenge and credibility, helping founders strengthen their story, their operations and their decision-making so they can move with confidence.
I’m particularly committed to backing female founders and helping them build ambitious, high-impact businesses.
I've spent more than 20 years working as an operator in tech startups, including 17 years at Blenheim Chalcot, working across its portfolio: at Agilisys during a period of sustained revenue growth, and as a founding team member at both Fospha and Salary Finance. Today, I advise a small number of early-stage companies, invest in impact-led businesses, and serve as Chair of Zonova, a healthtech company addressing antimicrobial resistance.
