Whether it’s the sales process and how is a lead managed, a process to onboard, manage and communicate with associates, or a PMO process to run a client deliverable, I can help to put good practice into place with a repeatable playbook and set of assets that become the backbone of efficiency in your business. Or perhaps you’ve got processes that don’t work anymore, I can spot the areas that need to be fixed and help set them straight again.

My client had grown rapidly inorganically and wasn’t able to efficiently replicate the M&A process because of team changes and the process they had no longer fit the scale they had grown to. After a short discovery phase to see what they had already, and what was working I set about finding out the best way to fill the gaps in governance and decision making...
Case Study
...This needed to be a highly collaborative process to ensure that the resultant playbook gained adoption, so I consulted widely across the organisation. This led to a design phase with a couple of rounds of socialising and taking on feedback. The final playbook went to a super detailed level, running to 60 pages of process, description and artifacts making it easy for any member of any team to join a deal in progress and understand what was expected from them.

Key Staff Mentoring
Asking a member of staff to step into a new role in your startup can be daunting to the individual and high stakes to the Founder who doesn’t always have the time to handhold. In weekly or fortnightly catch ups I offer mentoring to check in and ensure that there is a good level of support to build a successful transition.

If you don’t already know the person you want to become you first employee, or don’t know them well enough to make them your onboarding guineapig, then I have a standard process that I bring. It overcomes the barriers of ‘how’ and brings an experienced pair of eyes to the selection process, so Founders aren’t alone in decision making for such an important milestone. I also takes care of the data and process gaps that otherwise could trip you up if you’ve not recruited on your own before.

Case Study
My B2B SAAS client was building its sales pipeline and ramping up conversations with potential
customers. Many were asking for detail on what would be required from them in the onboarding
phase. I worked with the sales and product team to step through the necessary regulatory, data and
technical requirements to be able to map the end-to-end process, then summarise it in a sales format
to enable the key questions to be address.
My client had just bought a company from a Founder of long tenure. I worked with the client and the newly-acquired team to create a refreshed, shared view of what success looks like going forward as part of a broader change programme. In a half day workshop, we created a new vision for the
business that they were all aligned with, articulated new values as principles guiding how they would
work together and serve others, then completed organisation level Objectives and Key Results. This
allowed the newly established leadership team to implement an aligned performance management
system to unlock new growth.
